Our last two listings received 50 showings in two days, and one home was $12,000 over asking price while the other was $8,000 over asking price. We actually spent more time negotiating the 25 offers on one home than we did marketing the home. So how are we so successful?

We have a process called “151 Steps to The Closing Table” for all of our sellers. We use the exact same process every time. We duplicate our process every day with each seller at High Performance Real Estate. The general breakdown of the steps is as follows:

Steps 1 to 15: A behind-the-scenes look at what we do to prepare your house for seller consultation.
Steps 16 to 38: What to expect during the listing consultation.
Steps 39 to 46: Getting ready to put your house on the market.
Steps 47 to 100: “Ready, Set, Go!” Your house is live, on the market, and it’s active and being shown to buyers.
Steps 101 to 151: Negotiating, due diligence, and closing.

Most agents are not at this level. At High Performance Real Estate, we sell a home a day. Most agents only sell between six and eight homes a year. So the question you need to ask yourself is, who do you want touching your most valuable asset? Who do you trust to sell your home?
